Please Note: When placing your order with us, please add your width and drop measurements and whether they are Recess or Exact in the Calculator part above plus the Range and Colour you have chosen. Otherwise you can send us a message here with the required details, or email us.

When measuring the Recess size, we will make the necessary deductions so your blind will fit perfectly, allowing for the headrail and clearance of your vanes on the window sill.

When measuring Exact (outside your window) This is the measurement you need to take if you want your blind to hang outside the window recess. We will make your blind exactly to these measurements. We make NO deductions on exact size. For Exact measurements we recommend that you have an overlap of 51 mm (2") at the top and 38mm (1.5") on each side.

Child Safety Device
We take child safety extremely seriously that is why all our PVC Blinds are supplied with the appropriate Child Safety device.
In line with Child Safety Legislation each Made to Measure Blind ensures child safety is an essential feature.
Control Lengths
As a requirement of the new Child Safety standard EN13120, the maximum control length is determined by the safety device used on the product as well as the drop of the blind.

Our Blinds products are custom made to measure to your exact specifications, once made they are not suitable for resale by us. Due to this fact it is important that you are completely certain about your sizes before placing your order. Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged for the total price of Goods at the time of ordering.
The price for any Goods ordered by you will be the price shown on the order confirmation section and will include all applicable taxes and any additional delivery charges. Any order by cheque or postal order must be confirmed by you to ourselves by telephone to us at 01862 842233

Once your order is received by ourselves you will receive a email confirming your order along with your Order Number reference to check all measurements are correct.

Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 7-14 working days. You only pay carrier delivery on orders under £150 in value.
All other PVC Slats and Full Made to Measure Vertical Blinds purchased at the same time are delivered with no extra delivery charge.
All our Blinds are delivered by reputable logistics carriers, such as; DHL, DPD or Tuffnells.
Upon delivery a signature will be required by you from the driver and if you are not at home, a delivery card will be left through your door notifying you to phone a number to re-arrange a delivery day convenient with yourselves.

Please Note:
Carriers will not meet any new specific time of day to re-deliver that you wish, as they have their own schedules and routes when delivering so if a specific day is mentioned for your arranged re-delivery they will meet that date but delivery can be anytime between 8am and 6pm of that particular day you requested from them.
