Vertical Blind Headrail with Wand Control
When ordering wand controls you have a choice of only 2 options.
Left Draw, the blind slats will bunch on the left hand side and the wand will be on the right side.
Right Draw, where the blind slats will bunch on the right hand side and the wand will be on the left side.
If you require a Wand Control on any headrail or full blind order please stipulate this when ordering as there is no extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE: We require the Drop (length) of the Wand control you require when ordering Vertical Blind Headrails and also on orders for Full Vertical Blinds. (Usual Length of Wand is approx 800 mm unless otherwise stated)

Vertical Blind with Cord and Chain Controls
With the cord and chain control, you pull the chain to tilt the slats open and closed, you pull the cord to move the slats out of the way when you want to open your windows. When ordering cord and chain controls you can have the controls on the right or left hand side of your headrail, and you can have the slats all move to the right, left or centre split like curtains.
Please Note: We require the Drop (length) of the Cords and Chain control when ordering Vertical Blind Headrails.
When ordering any headrail that will be fitted inside a recess we deduct 10mm from your measurement unless your desired size is an exact size you require. All recess sizes will come with Top Fixing Brackets. If your unsure about measuring please contact us.
Installing Top fixing Brackets.
Brackets should be about 150 mm from the ends. Bring the front end of the head rail into the brackets then tilt the back up until you hear it click in place. Please take note of any obstructions such as window handles and allow for clearance.
Installing Face fixing Brackets
Make sure brackets are placed at equal distances apart. Once in place, put the back end of the head rail in and tilt the front end up and tighten the screw at the front of the bracket to secure the headrail in place.
Hanging Vertical Blind Slats
Please make sure the Blind Slats are in the open position as shown in the pictures below.
With there being two holes in the plastic hanger top for the slats, if you find that your Vertical Fabric Slats hang too low, simply snip the first top hole off with a pair of scissors and use the second hole.
