All our Blinds are delivered free of charge* throughout the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland mainland.
Please ask us for a Carrier delivery quote before ordering if you live on any Scottish Highland island, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of man or N. Ireland as delivery carriers charge us more on the length of Head rails and Blind Slats to these various destinations.
We can Now Deliver Your Order throughout Europe with Delivery by Air Freight and Land Freight. Please enquire for Prices.

When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.

Are there any additional charges for orders outside of the UK?

All orders need to be signed for upon delivery so if you can’t be home at certain times you can specify an alternative delivery address or have them delivered to your place of work.
Once your blinds have been manufactured and are about to be despatched, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way.
We aim to deliver all our blinds within 10 -14 working days* of your order being completed and processed on our website. If for some reason there is a delay in the dispatch of your blinds, we will contact you via email or call you with an estimated delivery date for your blinds.
We guarantee delivery of your custom made-to-measure blinds within 14 working days* of purchase, however in most cases it's much less than that, normally around 7-14 working days depending on how busy we are. If you need your blinds urgently please call us and we will do what we can to help quicken the process.
*Exception to the above is public and bank holidays, and shut-down of the manufacturing plant for annual holiday and Christmas.
If you order multiple items, your total ordered items will be delivered together as soon as it is all ready. If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left by the courier / delivery company, giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a free re-delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.

(With any orders below the value of £150 a delivery charge of £16.20 applies to the total order (not per item). This is billed separately. If purchasing Individual headrails these are billed with the delivery charge included in the price due to certain lengths not acceptable and us having to use carriers that will accommodate such lengths in transit..
We cannot be held responsible for damaged packages if the terms and conditions are not adhered to. When your blinds are delivered please accept or refuse delivery by applying the following guidelines:
If the package is:
NOT DAMAGED
Sign for goods, no further action is required.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Kindly note that if goods have been signed for as complete and undamaged upon delivery receipt, we will no longer accept responsibility.
With this is mind when accepting packages, if you need to ask the driver to wait until it has been checked, you are totally within your rights to do so.
DAMAGED
If the packaging looks damaged and you suspect that the goods inside could be damaged refuse delivery, contact us and report that you have refused delivery of your Goods because the packaging was damaged. We will make your order our highest priority and arrange to replace your blinds ASAP. If the package is more severely damaged but you still accept delivery without stating the packaging was damaged, PVC Vertical Blinds cannot be held responsible for the quality of the product inside the packaging and all relevant costs of replacement and re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE
If the packaging is slightly damaged but you are not sure if the product is damaged, please accept your goods but sign for them stating on the courier's delivery sheet that the packaging was damaged on delivery. After signing for your parcel and stating "Damaged," carefully open the packing and check all contents. Please note that the same packing will have to be re-used to return your goods if the blinds are damaged.
If your blinds are damaged, please contact us and report the goods as damaged. We will make your order our priority and arrange to replace your blinds as soon as possible.
If you are satisfied that your blinds have not been damaged, contact PVC Vertical Blinds and report your finding as Goods not Damaged.
