Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our purchase the slats are lovely and go well with our newly decorated bedroom and the workmanship is excellent please pass on our thanks to the staff you all deserve some praise especially in these difficult times. Also thank you your customer service is lovely when i missed off the finish on the slats you were lovely and polite and how the emails came across were lovely and warm as if i was emailing a friend and not a company. Please keep up the good work and we will be placing some more work your work in the coming months as we are redecorating the whole house and we want some more replacement slats.

Just to advise you that the slats came this morning (Saturday). The carrier tried to deliver them last
night but unfortunately we were out, but he kindly delivered them back in his car this morning and I'm
pleased to say that they are the correct length. We are delighted with the colour, pattern and quality.
May I thank you for sorting this and the kind attention you gave to rectifying the error."
